In this 2-hr class we will be «breathing ourselves into and out of» the standing, seated and supine twists, with a purpose of enhancing and fine tuning our awareness of the spinal segments and inner organs. We will explore how different experiences can arise depending on where our point of focus shfts when spiraling our spine and arms into twisting postures. This mindful asana and breath practice will naturally lead us to a meditation with which we will complete the practice.
