Ritual and Worship
We participate in routines every day – drinking a bottle of water before getting out of bed, brushing our teeth, selecting what to wear, drinking coffee, eating breakfast. Would we perhaps look at each of these parts of our day differently, if we valued it’s essentiality in our lives.
In this workshop we will work together with the aim to reignite the value of each moment. We will explore the essence of our daily tasks. What supports each of us throughout the mundane? Which connection enable us to accept, achieve and allow?
We will dive into what our cycles, patterns and biorhythms, are wishing to express to us. What are our wants. Seeking the magic of each movement. Returning to our essence, simplicity. To inflame our passion to live in the beauty of now. Seeking the pleasure in the details without religious dogma or dictatorship. Without guilt or shame of what we love (our quirks and kinks). Invoking our personal alchemy and delving into those things that bring us to life. The erotic pleasure of serving/giving or being served/receiving. Fearlessly demanding what we desire, courageously taking on the task that is requested. Bringing those experiences to the forefront of our understanding. Discovering the joy, self confidence and self belief, those roles can bring. Openly giving ourselves permission to be all that we desire to be.
Through the experimentation with ritual, honouring and worship we can discover other levels of ourselves. Appreciating the structure, as well as restructuring of our boundaries and personal limits, giving way to the freedom to truly express ourselves, with the support of those around us.
This workshop can include exercises in meditation, breath and vocal work, icebreakers, movement and grounding exercises. Primal play, explorations into power and energy exchange, acceptance and surrender, sensation play, gender dynamics, gender fluidity, open attention, presence and listening. BDSM elements will also be introduced and can include D/s, role play, pain/pleasure play, sensory deprivation, bondage, humiliation.
This workshop will work with R.A.C.K principals and an open dialogue regarding consent.
I aim to provide a safe, supportive and fun space to experiment and explore the boundaries of ritual and worship.
